Refund policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Because many of our items are custom-made, limited-run, or produced in small batches, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, fitment issues, or installation error.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@endopowersports.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution (such as a replacement, if applicable). Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, email us immediately with photos and your order number. We will review it and advise next steps. This is the only scenario in which a replacement may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by Endo Powersports are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes:

Color-anodized or powder-coated finishes

Limited-run items

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable items, or any product that has been installed, used, or modified.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel it within 14 days of delivery before use or installation. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This applies only to EU customers as required by law.
